Bridgewater a Residential Community, located in Plantation Florida

Welcome to the Residential Community of "Bridgewater" located in the Central Western section in the City of Plantation Florida.  This Neighborhood consists of 317 Single Family Homes that were built between the years of 1990 and 1993.  Bridgewater was built and developed into 3 different phases.  There is Bridgewater I, II, III and each phase has its own private entrance.   

Here in this community you will find one story and two story homes with square footage ranging anywhere from 1,200 to 3,000 square feet under air.  Every Home has a garage.  Most of the Homes have a 2 car garage and there are some 3 Car Garage Models and also 1 Car Garage Model Homes as well. 

  

This Community also has many beautiful Waterfront Lakes and Canals that Homeowners can enjoy with nature trails and about 75% of all the Homes are Waterfront.  There are 2 Community Pools for the residents to enjoy and each of them overlooks the lake and has a Playground next door to each.  There is also a Wonderful Clubhouse that the Residents may use for social gatherings and parties as well.

       

There is a mandatory Homeowner's Association and the monthly dues range from $150 to $165 per home and this amount includes the care for and maintenance of the Common Grounds, Community Pools, Playgrounds, Club House, Lawn Care and Sprinkler Maintenance.

      

There are many wonderful Parks close by such as "Sunset Park" and "Central Park" and just across the street from Bridgewater is the very popular "Deicke Park".  There are also many great local Shopping at the "Vizcaya Square", "Nob Hill Pavilion" and also the "Plantation Promenade".  Children can attend the following public schools of Central Park Elementary, Plantation Middle School and Plantation High School.
