 I truly Love what I do. My pleasant and easy going demeanor enables me to associate with a variety of personalities. My approach to Real Estate is straight forward, honesty with open communication combined with strong people skills. A sense of humor and a positive attitude are necessities for survival in Real Estate and you will find plenty of both when you meet me.
Prior to being a licensed Realtor, I worked in the Mortgage Industry for over 15 years. Initially, I processed loans and soon after started underwriting loans for FHA & VA. Along with an extensive knowledge of Real Estate, good communication skills were developed along with my keen attention to detail. Kathy is a Native South Floridian and have been residing in the Fort Lauderdale area for almost 20 years. As a Mother of two children, I have learned the fine art of patience and negotiations, as well as balance in Family and Career. I am committed to excellence in the Real Estate Profession, and constantly upgrading my skills and education in order to best service to my Clients.
